Instructions for Left-Sided BPPV:

  1. Starting Position:

    • Sit upright on the edge of your bed or a flat surface.

  1. Lie Down Quickly:

    • Quickly lie down on your right side (the side opposite to the affected ear) with your head kept level and facing straight ahead.

    • Hold this position for 1-2 minutes or until any dizziness subsides.

  1. Head Turn:

    • Quickly turn your head 45 degrees downward (towards the bed). Your nose should point towards the floor.

    • Hold this position for 2-3 minutes or until any dizziness subsides.

  1. Sit Up:

    • Slowly return to the upright sitting position.

Important Notes:

  • Perform this maneuver once or twice a day until symptoms resolve.

  • It is normal to feel dizzy during the maneuver, but this should decrease with repeated sessions.

  • Avoid sudden head movements after performing the maneuver.
