Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and the needs of your patients, here’s a suggested cancellation policy for your $250 per visit in-home service:
Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your home care appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $100. This fee helps cover a portion of the costs associated with preparing for and traveling to your visit.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
